Virginia Giuffre : Virginia Giuffre, the Australian woman who accused the royal of sexual abuse, shared a troubling post just days before claiming she was struck by a bus.
An Australian woman, who allegedly fell victim to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking and was forced into sexual encounters with Prince Andrew, is believed to have recently separated from her husband amid shocking claims that she has only four days to live following a collision with a bus.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre, 41, posted a photo on Instagram Monday from a hospital bed, showing her bruised face. She stated that she was involved in a crash with a school bus, alleging the driver was speeding at 110 km/h.
I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live,” Giuffre wrote, adding that she had been transferred to a specialist urology hospital.
Details surrounding the incident remain unclear, though Giuffre has reportedly been living in a small town north of Perth since 2020. Her last known photo from the city was posted on March 2.
Western Australia Police told that they had recorded only one recent “minor” collision involving a bus and a car in the state, which occurred in Neergabby, 20 km north of Perth, on March 24 at around 3 PM.
The bus driver reported the accident the following day, and the car involved sustained approximately $2,000 in damages, according to police. There were no reported injuries from the crash.

In a statement to the BBC, Virginia Giuffre’s spokesperson, Dini von Mueffing, said: “Virginia has been involved in a serious accident and is currently receiving medical treatment in the hospital. She is deeply grateful for the support and well wishes from everyone.”
Just days before the alleged accident, Virginia Giuffre—who purchased a $1.9 million beachside property in Ocean Reef with her husband Robert in December 2020—hinted that her 22-year marriage had ended.
In a March 22 Instagram post, Giuffre shared several photos of her children, expressing heartbreak and deep sorrow.
My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them,“ she wrote.
I miss them so very much. I have been through hell and back in my 41 years, but this pain is worse than anything I’ve ever endured. My heart is shattered, and with each passing day, my sadness only deepens.”
Her emotional post comes four years after she filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew, alleging that he sexually abused her when she was 17.
Giuffre had previously accused Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking, before formally filing her case in federal court in New York in August 2021.
Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied all allegations against him.

Just weeks before Prince Andrew was set to undergo a deposition with Virginia Giuffre’s legal team, the lawsuit was privately settled in February 2022, allowing him to avoid a public court battle.
While the exact settlement amount remains undisclosed, reports speculated it could have been over £14 million (A$26.5 million, unadjusted for inflation).Reflecting on her situation, Giuffre wrote:
I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time. But you know what they say about wishes—ST in one hand and wish in the other, and at the end of the day, it’s still going to be st.” She thanked her supporters, adding:
Thank you all for being wonderful people and for being a great part of my life. God bless you all. xx Virginia.
In her latest post, Giuffre described the beginning of 2024 as “the worst start to a new year”, stating she was “ready to go.
I won’t bore anyone with the details,” she wrote in the caption of her hospital bed photo. However, she emphasized the severity of the accident, saying:
When a school bus driver comes at you driving 110 km/h as we were slowing for a turn, it doesn’t matter what your car is made of—it might as well be a tin can.” She further revealed:
I’ve gone into kidney failure, they’ve given me four days to live, and I’m being transferred to a specialist urology hospital.”
Born in California, Giuffre moved to Australia in the early 2000s with her husband, a martial arts instructor she met on a trip to Thailand in 2002. She later relocated to Perth from Cairns, Queensland, in late 2020.
